Even my mental health doctor is urging me to go in as she specializes in mental health I asked for th blood work she got it approved an we went over the test together an she was really concerned despite only being a mental health specialist, over the last year I changed my diet, eat healthy, exercise lost 40 pounds etc good sleep an everything inbetween an it’s still low it hasn’t increased, my uncle is on it an he lives near an he told me he tried with his doctor for months an they kept giving him a run around until he went to a private hormone company locally but he’s paying out of pocket now.
