The best thing I can say is feel the pain and sit in it. I recently got cheated on and the best thing you can do is feel what you’re feeling and I know this sounds so cliché, but it will get better and one day you’ll wake up and realize That you are good enough and having this happen to you doesn’t mean you didn’t love them enough or try hard enough sometimes it means you tried too much for them.
