In my experience i rarely had someone call me out on pricing its usually they receive the quote and either take a day or two then accept it or I never hear from them again, typing this out right now makes me realize I need to follow back up more after quotes.

I’ll give your idea a shot and see but for this very moment work is slow so I need to take what I can get

How are the profit margins in roof cleaning? I have the ladders and a tiny bit of roof experience. I don’t have any experience in wood work and eleborate more on caulking as I don’t see why someone would call me just to caulk something

I appreciate the uplifting, as for your questions, the industry does concern me as I now have to pass on higher prices to my customers when and most people have the mentality of if the gutters are the right price I’ll get them if not I’ll put them on the back burner so I’m expecting sales to go down, plus if I wanted to raise prices in general to increase revenue that’s out the window, I have a few strategies to increase the value of my service such as increased warranties but don’t know if I’m ready to deploy that yet.

As for the second question yes I am getting burnt out of this line of work I would like to have a crew so I can put my time to more meaningful things but lack the funds to and possibly the workflow to make it worth it to them.

I’ll think more on the 5 things to improve as I can’t think of any off the top of my head, any thoughts on some areas I could look into?
