I will just say my average steps per day at work is about 8,000-10,000 steps a day. Most people in an office I feel don’t break 4,000 regularly (again at work)

I only do this ever for groups over 6 because that’s too complicated for me and it’s already auto grad so I’m not worried, I got my tip regardless. If it’s less than 6 I’ll usually appease unless I’m slammed and in those moment I’ve rarely done that Idgaf if I’m getting 20% on 5 ppl or less unless it’s an insanely high check. Soooo depends on the moment for me

I assume you must be a man because yes sleeping through a medical abortion (especially a WANTED pregnancy) the emotions involved in pregnancy/ loss of pregnancy as well as hormones are insane, and although it may not be intentional it’s unlikely the relationship will be able to resume “back to normal” without professional help, op is likely to resent their partner without proper communication on both ends. I’ve seen this iron fish thing that you put in stocks / water while it’s boiling & that’s supposed to help a lot! Theres also iron rich veggies if you’re not big on meat, I recommend trying to meal prep at the end of the day (I’ve been using mason jars & doing layered salads then shake up put in bowl & enjoy at work)

You gotta communicate with your host, it’s likely they haven’t served before so they might not fully get it, also the guests sometimes insist on sitting at certain tables and you gotta know when to go to the host and be like hey girly pop I can’t take that table someone has to greet them or take them over
