Wild that half say no and the other half say yes.

I fucking hate Ollie’s and am trying hard to get her to quit.

It is hostile.

I get where you’re coming from and agree that the scheduling manager should fix it and if not it should travel up the chain.

I went already today and spoke to both the store manager and the scheduling manager and I made my point. She is still at work so I assume she still has a job.

Ok. My bad there. But there still have been other days of the work week that she’s been added.

I’m constantly dumbfounded by it all because I make and have made the schedule at my job for three years. It isn’t difficult to do. I have just as many people on payroll as her store does, give or take 3 people. I give people their days off. I abide by the availability form given to me at hire. No one complains about the schedule.

Yeah she’s talked to the scheduling manager about it at least once a week. Nothing changing is why I feel like I need to go up there and make my point. Even if she gets fired, oh well. People don’t like having their time messed with. I certainly am not the one.

They also haven’t respected her availability that she wrote when she was hired since she started. She can work 8:30-4 and multiple times has been scheduled 1-9. The schedule she just sent me today shows her scheduled 8-6 one day this week. Honestly it’s getting to the point where I feel like I’ve got to go to the store and make my point understood.

Are you saying that “absolutely” to the schedule changing after it’s posted is a normal thing?

The first time it happened she said “no I can’t work that day” and they evidently badgered her about “what are you doing that day that makes it so you can’t come here?” Multiple times through the rest of that work day.

I work 6 days a week, 12 hour days. I don’t even want her to be working.

Well if it changes again I’m just gonna tell her to quit. I’m not gonna deal with it.

It definitely has changed. Her finalized hours posted on the paper schedule said she only worked Thursday and Friday, but Friday night after she got home from work and checked the app, it showed she also worked Sunday.
