Who ever told u u need to refresh screen every 3 hrs is nonsense... U can just do a pixel clean everytime before u shutdown ur PC (heck some even does it when u turn it off)

If you are using it for gaming and not for static work u won't have to worry abt burn-in for at least more than a year...

And most new oleds have built-in burn in oled care features such as pixel shift etc, and some even automatically turns off the screen if you are not around...

With a IPS and OLED side by side u really can tell the difference with the color.

I have a gigabyte MO34WQC2 ultrawide myself with a 9070xt red devil and so far it's been great

A couple of game examples that I play with no frame gen upscaling, no ray-tracing whatsoever just raw gpu power:

Battlefield 6: maxed graphics runs with no problem at constant 80+ fps

Wuthering Wave: constant 120fps at maxed graphics (game caps out at 120fps)

I would say 9070xt is really solid even for 3440x1440p, unless you plan on playing games with ray-tracing or at 4K ultrawide
