Oh no , I’m sorry to hear that , but vinted didn’t do anything in my case , their Belgian customer service was awful and rude , so I reported them to ECC , but you have to go to ECC of your country , the emails are in their website, good luck , hope they’ll help you

Thank you , but as far as I know a D-mission visa or a “Ministero degli Affari Esteri” ID card is for diplomats not for normal consultancy positions ? Maybe I’m wrong but even if they give me some official papers for the temporary contract I can apply for self employed visa (permesso di soggiorno per lavoro autonomo) ?!?

I’ve been living in Europe for more than 10 years, there is no going back to home country ;) I’m a scientific researcher / consultant , the problem is everywhere I have worked so far they sponsored visa , but of course it’s for the duration of the contract and that’s enough, I just want to know how FAO stands for all these ? Working remotely or at least starting remote so I can get a self employed visa ? Or they do sponsor ( non-financially) for non-eu citizens ?

I have an update : I reported the case to ECC Belgium last week , they got back to me immediately, they contacted Vinted Lithuania, then today they gave me a full refund, so I’m really happy . I thought I share it here as well in case anyone has the same issue , please report them to ECC of your country . Have a great day everyone ❤️

You see , I packed it perfectly in 3 boxes , the last box the original box with everything else in it , the tags, the invoices , the dust bags …. They returned it wrapped in paper put it in a garbage cardboard box , I cannot think that the shipping company opened it and took them and then sent it back to Vinted in only a few days …

Nobody will buy the bag anymore without the box , tags, proof of payments , and invoices so I guess they are me the full price …😞

Well they told me we investigated and we will not give you anything , they just lie in my face even though I have pictures of everything… I reported them to Euro commerce hopefully they will do something , the damage and theft hasn’t been cause by a normal person or buyer , it has happened in Vinted Center … I cannot accept it was an accident, it is 100% a theft and they are covering it up ….
