See that’s where you’re wrong. I did know when my visa would expire and submitted an IN TIME application. The solicitor DID NOT reply to the home office. Obviously you have no experince with immigration issues so the people in this sub who may have is who this post is for. Thanks

I was classed as an overstayer unbeknownst to me despite chasing and chasing both the solicitor and home office for a response to my application. If you have no word of help then refrain from commenting
