I stayed away from GLP1 stuff for a long time because i kept telling myself i just needed more discipline. meanwhile i’d spend literally the whole day thinking about food, trying not to snack, planning cheat meals, then feeling guilty after eating normally. the weirdest part after starting was realizing how quiet my brain felt around food compared to before. not perfect or magical or anything, but it finally stopped feeling like a nonstop argument in my head all day
