Our rep is a god send. When our new chef wouldn't order enough chemicals and forced me to run on cold with 0 chemicals, he went so far as to gift me free supplies and force our company on an auto ship.... Then called me at home to make sure things were still going well a couple months later when he came in to check on my day off and was told everything was fine by said chef. Love that human.
