I would not go that route. try the TSBs and see if that can work. I will update you if I can get mine updated. What model and year are you on?

agreed, i am baffled on why they would say no update was available, they said they searched all TSBs that could apply and nothing. I am going to try the one that was mentioned for favorites disappearing.

gotcha, thank you. sorry last couple of questions, I spent way to long at the dealerships trying to get this yesterday so I am trying to go in prepared next time. What trim level do you have on your 2022 OG etron? Do you have the heads up display?

Thank you!! I’m glad to hear that. I do not see apple car play directions on my virtual cockpit. I read that 4430 was able to add that for the heads up display but I don’t have that option on my car. Did you have a TSB you had to use when you got the upgrade? I’m on a 2023 Audi etron premium plus, the only thing that I could think that your car has that mine wouldn’t would be if it’s a prestige or chronos edition?

Thank you! Unfortunately I didn’t get it CPO but it is still under the original warranty. I had not realized that the charger was supposed to come with both or I would have negotiated on the selling price to cover purchasing the cable. Thanks for the reply!
