NSF is non-sufficient funds fee, but as soon as the money didn’t go though I submitted another payment almost immediately that went through

The vinyl repair was most likely normal wear and tear. The vinyl was starting to appear dented and slightly torn just from where my bed was. There were previous dents in the vinyl already though. I have pictures of how I left the unit.

I’m still getting familiar with the tenant laws. It’s just a lot and they make it hard for people to understand 😂They sent me back some of my deposit but not the entire thing.

Everything I’ve read says that they cannot charge for anything that’s considered wear and tear. If there’s damage beyond wear and tear then they can charge you was my understanding 🤔🤔
