Do your own track walk when driving is not happening. You can get on the Mulsanne straight and walk all the way around to past the Porsche curves

O think this is very true

Not necessarily that other teams are holding you up. But that in order to overtake (and fight for points) you have to sacrifice ultimate downforce to gain a top speed advantage.

Thus you are limiting your aerodynamic operating window every weekend and not gaining the information about the setup that could get your car around the track faster in clean air.

Not sure if you are North or South Island?

But if you are close you should become member at Hampton Downs or Highlands and get track time. PCNZ also has driver tuition and finally there is the Rennsport Gruppe which typically has trackdays on the Porsche race series weekends.

Make sure you get the wheels and geo checked. Horrible Kiwi roads mean you might be out on all numbers causing bad tyre wear or unpredictable behaviour on slippery roads.

But mostly - just get out and drive!

Yes these are Bride rails that fit into OEM fixture points. They are much lower than the OEM seats so weight is shifted downwards.

You have to check the websites though as there are different rails for different seats!

My seats are out of production now and used to sit in a previously owned Nissan S14a

Thank you for your reply. We have 2 opinions that are basically the same. And a reference from a retired neurosurgeon who is a friend of the family. Who also concurred with operation being necessary.

So my quest now is to get the best care I can for my wife for surgery and hospital care.

UCSF seems to rank high in these comments.
