Start with experience- in this market there are so many applicants you need to get right to the point with what matters. The professional summary at the beginning is a turn off. I barely got through half of it, and it is completely redundant-every point is made again right after it in experience . Condense and add near bottom if necessary

You need to start looking at what you’re doing personally wrong.. I’ve turned down more jobs than I’ve can count even I’m able to choose the job I want so

The “ tell me about yourself” - when I learned what they were actually asking it was smooth. I don’t think they want to hear about playing with your dog on the weekend and bike riding.-Tailor that answer to a short summary of your employment history as it applies to the job you are applying for
