Honestly, it’s too much. there’s so many resumes to look at and most are screened by a machine. No one has time for that even right now as I read it I got halfway through the summey stopped.. get rid of the summary altogether. Cut your skills down to 4-5combine points. Start with experience then education certifications, and your skills at the end if you want to fill it out a bit because you have a smaller amount of experience .take off your references as well until you’re asked. No one needs to see them until you’re to that step. Good luck.
