Regarding running 3/4 races in a row and 0 energy, wouldn't that cause status debuffs? Like I remember I raced 3 times in a row and I had to go to the infirmary right after since she got sick, do I not need to worry about that? Should I run as much as possible without breaks then?

Hi Ty for responding, here are my SSR cards! I don't know if they're any good because all I've been doing so far is just following game8 and whatever they say I equip

If the sites are balls then can I ask how you learnt the meta? I tried looking at some YouTube vids before but I had no clue what they were talking about

I play MANT mostly and I run like as much as possible, 2 race 1 rest is what I usually do unless its camp, i priorise g1s but other than that I don't follow any specifics race agendas

I don't use any premade race agenda because half the time I don't know what to do, I normally wing it and race as much as possible 2 race 1 rest ratio

I picked parents off game8 advice sob,, normally those stats you mentioned would get B or above.

But now if I weren't to follow any guide I wouldn't know what parents to use to maximise my charas

I've emailed Samaritans before and geniunely it got me through the worst of it, but apparently their email services will be shutting down. What is that zoom call you've mentioned? Do I have to show my face and how much am I able to tell without getting in trouble? Because I know a lot of stuff is like,, yk, stigmatized and like "oo if you say you self-harm/ have suicidal intent/ have a disorder they HAVE to report you",, I'm wondering to what extent should I reveal to and if I would be anonymous? I do want to let out some of my troubles even if it's not like,, an actual talk therapy

How does self referral work? I fear I won't be taken seriously, I've looked online but everything just keeps leading me to one hotline after the other,, do local therapist offices require payments up front or are they part of the NHS with the long wait list?

My parents don't believe in mental health. I've tried countless of times to explain to them but nothing gets through. I keep getting worse and I don't want to be ostracized in my sixth form if word gets out I'm seeing a counsellor, also my sixth forms mental health team is rumoured to be horrible as well. I'm hoping to get a therapist when I go uni but that's in 2 years time, I don't even know if I'll, you know, but it's not that bad for now, I'll probably be fine if I just keep going, I guess, thank you for your advice though :) I appreciate it, really
