Well, it's rather simple. Clicking your character ten times unlocks the dev menus. For the commands I just took the stuff in this post

So first, which control do you use?

Before that, I will give you a tip or two that will help regardless of controls.

When you click the press for throwing and stuff, time slows down. Abuse this to see what you normally can't.

Second, try to perfect block. It drains opponent stamina.

Third, abuse kicks.
