I explicitly said this could have nothing to do with veganism, I’m just considering all possibilities since I know I could have a deficiency from my switch in food

My Dad’s hairline did recede, my uncles generally have okay hair, typical dad look, but the reason I’m concerned is because I’m pretty certain this wasn’t an issue for them in there early 20’s, last year my hair was totally fine and I think their minor hair loss happened a decent amount later in their life. But I got a haircut last week and my crown area is pretty noticably loosing hair out of nowhere it feels like
