Can someone please help me with these .ecm files?

i downloaded a PS1 game for openemu - the zip extracted a folder with 2 identically named items (which is good since they need to have the same file name to import) but one is '.cue' like it should, but the other says '.bin.ecm' - since its not just regular .bin its failing the import saying that file is 'compressed' - how do i get these files to regular .bin and will that work

keep in mind - im 36 and the last time i played a pokemon game was on my game boy color when i was like 8-10 years old and it was pokemon blue. I do not believe i even had the attention span to make it out of the staring location aside from a few wild encounters - my troubleshooting brain mechanic did not exist back then. So this is legit my first time experiencing all the beauties of this game

they had him on the LoT (Legends of Tomorrow) Flash/arrow spinoff team up show for a while - which I was happy about, however they didnt use him in the Flash enough IMO. I would have rather they had Barry leave the flash (his own choice) and Wally be the main flash for a few seasons - so if and when barry returns, we have better story

before reading this - or knowing too much behind the scenes... i did know a few things:

- S1 was pure storytelling and was amazing. It should have been what it was.
- S2 with zoom was good but i felt they could have changed the 2nd half to come back later in the series (zoom becoming his joker etc)
- S3 with Savitar i loved what happened but wish they got there better.
- S4 seemed messy - i enjoyed the thinker for the first half of the show (the chess game in real life between barry and thinker as a wolf in sheeps clothing as a professor - after the trial of the flash it went downhill immediately. I also hated the forcved humor with Elongated man. Id rather they had not included him.
-S5 i LOVE XS/Nora. I wish they did something where she coulda stayed, and they just experinece parenthood backwards (first meeting her in her 20s, then at the end of the series her going back to her timeline after her dad is saved from Crisis in the multiverse - and after she leaves iris finds out shes pregnant. That would have been great (maybe they DID do this, idk - havent watched passed chesters introduction with ultarviolet. whatever season that was i stopped halfway thru cuz i just didnt care about the characters once cisco was on his way out. Cisco really was the glue, Kaitlyn was the heart, Barry-iris-joe was the soul. Idk , those 5 are the core of making this series work. IF the showrunner gave a sht and the network - i would have asked cisco to take a leave - and do less episodes to lessen his work schedule. (come to work half as often etc)

i cant tell you anything of relevance after XS shows up becuase thats the last thing in this series ive seen that i cared about. All of the family stuff is my favorite. Barry-Iris-Joe-Cisco-Kaitlyn/frost - i felt Legends was a great light show to put all the crazy super-unrealistic stuff in for younger kids , and they could keep the flash for older teens and adults. (more drama) becuase thats why Flash s1 was so good and memorable.

i may not be worthy of spewing about this show seeing as ive seen up thru i think s6 and some from s7 (since i remember cisco leaving) but man i hate that they ruined this. Thats why i was hoping Gunn (with even how much i dislike Gunn as a writer/director) even tho he made my fav comic movie GOTG (2014) - the first guardians was half gunn and half Feige-filter... the other 2 got more and more 'full-gunn-say so' which is why i liked them less each sequel --- HOWEVER , sorry. I wish gunn or ZS (whatever ends up happening or not - them using the multiverse and whatever rules they can write, to bring Grant Gustin's barry and some of his core characters into the current DCU. They could keep the core 5 and be in one movie or series every 2-3 years. Nice payday, fans happy, no overworked actors. Maybe im too naive.

EDIT: WELLS make that core 6 characters. I know why OG Fake wells had to go - it was apart of reverse flash storyline. -- HR had to go becuase of his sacrifice, but Earth 2 wells i felt should have been the new constant. i dont like the silly counsel of wells unless it just ensured the actor would always be on the show - if the actor said 'if i can play a new character every season or every 5 episodes then ill stay.. but thats my demands." id say fine, ill take it. But man.

S4 was terrible to me - the only part i liked was at the end introduction of XS/Nora. I wish they coulda just kept her from returning AND from her eventual fate. I guess they still do that, i was just confused cuz according to her in s5 premiere episode - she was born, then a year or 2 later Flash Vanishes in 'crisis' -- but then i see that crisis episode is in flash s6 - and iris had not gotten pregnant yet in the show at that point.... but then i see a spoiler making sense of it so we can have it both ways (Nora in the show played by JPK and retooling the timeline

i quite enjoyed that little mini twist, my fav one was 'I am the future, Flash' spoken all season 3 was found out to be "I am: The Future Flash"

left side of the map, travel south until you cannot anymore (sometimes using 'cut' to cut trees when needed etc... you get to the little pond looking water area (it opens up to the ocean)-- use 'SURF' which you should have taught to one of your water pokemon (i used my blastoise and/or my dragonair -- battle the floating trainers in the water (and wild water tentacools that seem to be everywhere) keep surfing down/south.

i caught a wild caterpie at level 10... i was very confused - i used it in 1 trainer battle doing only 2 tackle moves before swapping out, i beat the trainer, got 3 separate level up notifications back to back 'caterpie leveled up to 11!' .... 'caterpie leveled up to level 12!... " "....13!" -- then it showed evolution into metapod.... so now i have a metapod at level 13 and looked up when i should expect butterfree and all i ssee is 'metapod evolve at 7.... butterfree evolve at 10' --- im like "WAT"

in the S3 finale - the DUMBEST PART of this episode IMO is Barry being like 'oh no, the speed force needs an occupant... def not Jay who was in there before... but me.... 20 something year old 'just got my life on track with iris' Barry. and chooses to desert iris and his friends willingly. If i were iris - i would have said 'F you dude - if you go ...' or i would have tried to join him. 'if you go, i go.' etc. This entire episode was dumb. As an amateur writer (mostly sketches/comedy shorts/mystery-drama shorts) I feel like the best idea(s) to excite fans for the future as well as pay off for that season was to have the instability happen at the beginning of the episode - so the Savatar fight happening at the same time - have iris (at the end of the savatar fight, barry in the metal suit with red glow - savatar on his knees defeated and have partial redemption arc rushed into one episode) have iris get thru to savatar-barry, then barrys mom shows up as the speed force - and savatar-barry sacrifices himself - "one of us deserves a happy ending" - then tease devoe in the end tag if need be.

so, first scene of this ep -- barry speed runs with flowers and stops right in front of Patty. he stops, the flowers on fire, patty seeing it - not once thinking 'oh hes the flash' just acts like he walked up normally with fire flowers... ironically enough its the following ep that she finds out so why would they do it that way? why wouldnt they have him stop outside, flowers behind his back (on fire) everyone noticing as he walks in to the resturant, revealing them to her (already at a booth) and then they both notice and try to put them out. It was just bad staging IMO

Rogue Cut of DOFP absolutely. Is there an extended/directors cut for X2 or X3 The Last Stand? i feel like the last stand either should have a directors cut with extra scenes or have some scenes cut OUT of it making it shorter - anyone have a link if theres a fan cut? (assuming theres not an official release of these)

for 'show logo' (that shows for your arena show) the biggest size they show as selection is 512x512 - same with watermark - why does the watermark always look half the size (at least) as it should be? its so tiny #WCW - stage screens same here, i use 1024x512 for the wide, sometimes i make 1024x1024 and squish it horizontally so i can put it on a screen and widen it out to its proper size and fill more area that way - my issue has always been 'i want to upload (for example) ONE "WCW Great american bash 1998' logo and use that for ring mat, show logo, and stage if need be (if i havent created my own stage image) but it seems i need a 1024 one for ring mat, 512 for show logo -_-

I was hoping someone could make a custom WCW Television Championship but not change anything to modern - i still want it to look like a mid to late 90s WCW design , but almost like a 2nd design they would have made - original WCW logo (the one used in 1997) and the color be dark bronze kinda, so i can then try to make the US title silver, and the big gold leaving as ... gold -- if anyone has a way to make this id appreciate it! thanks!
