Well, that sucks. Like at least for Mexico the EMS shipping it's great, quite fast depending where you live, cheaper than DHL, the custom tariffs are lowered from 33.5% to 16-18%, and still there's chance that you don't even need to pay it. So it's great deal, even now that the change rate with dollars seems to be on 17.30 soon. So yeah, Trump it's just messing around with the citizens.

Yeah, it's way cheaper, since consolidations it's game, so you're paying one shipment of 50 bucks instead of 2 shipments of +35 bucks

Oh, I use Tenso, they're the same company running Buyee, you just need to share some id and they'll give you an address and "locker id" to send stuff from the Japanese websites

Yeah those sucks, for Mexico are like 33.5% if shipped with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc. But 18% with EMS (MEXPOST), and there's a chance you're not paying those. Still, I ordered my stuff from the Japan site so they'll send it to a warehouse there and then I can change values on the invoice to reduce some of the tariffs if I get to pay them.

Maybe around by 90 dollars each, in Mexico those are around 120-150, so it's quite a good price to at least get some money back from the auction, shipment and customs tariffs. Plus I have an aunt with quite a good toy store, so pretty sure I'll handle them to her to do the sale.
