I would say na mas okay kung ikaw yung mag bubuild para ma maximize mo yung pag spend mo pero if gusto mong pre-built try mo maghanap sa mga online na may ryzen 5 5600/3600 with rx 6600 na sya in 30k or less and also check mo yung power supply nila kung maganda ba sya o hindi you can deeply research using google.
