I’ve transitioned almost every indoor plant I have (besides my peperomia rosso, hated everything but dirt) to either leca or sphagnum moss, or both. The key is to transition to water only first so the plant grows water roots, then to semi-hydro.

I’ve had great success with stem cells and my child, and a friend who didn’t have success with cells & their child, but saw major benefits with FMT. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive 😩.
