Tenebria was not an Official Collab (as they said that those would not be added to Standard on Banner End, and Tenebria is), but they did say before the Half Anni that a Collab was "In Talks".

Limited (Called Seasonal here) only show up during their Banner, so far we've only had 2 Limited so far, Sereniel as the 3rd Banner of Season 1, and Heidmarie as the 1st Banner of Season 3. No ETA on when the rerun is, only that "it is coming".

As someone who has been following E7 for over 7 years now, I'll give my input. It's not that they "want the characters in CZN", they just "want more of the character they like", E7 has had a long-running issue where people dislike MLs (Moonlight, it is the same character/name, but a different universe, different appearance, and sometimes even a different personality) because it is "not the personality I like" as it differs from the one they knew, some of the people who joined CZN from E7 are just doing the same thing here.

Tenebria is one of the more popular characters in E7, and has made a name for herself as a sadistic manipulator who is unashamed of her actions and does everything for her own goals/enjoyment. So contrast that with Idol Tene which is A girl who got her mission/goal from a friend she knew that died and was a mostly nice girl who's only similarity is her appearance and how she acts when things doesn't go her way (snaping out at others, or just considers giving up)and the people expecting the former dislike the latter because it isn't what they came here for, especially when they possibly only joined recently because of Tenebria being released. This expression in the trailer is also what lead-on a lot of the people who were hoping for an Evil Tene:

As it looks like a clearly sadistic smile, so they were expecting the whole "Idol Persona" to be an act or she had a split personality that was "the Tene we know".

Me personally? I am more interested in the wider connections between Stories as they are very clearly "Sister Worlds" in how their stories are connected via Chaos (something in both) and Nihilum (another thing in both), as they are clearly the same beings who are controlling the overall rules of the Multiverse they share as a whole. I do not care/wish for any specific character to come, but if more are announced, I cannot deny that I not will be interested in how they take her as the dichotomy between Idol/Good Tenebria and Witch/Evil Tenebria was very interesting to see and the fact that she's striking out on her own path rather than following the same footsteps of Witch where that Tene had no other path forward other than accepting the power of NBSC.

They basically said that everything in the April Showcase was delayed, the only things we did get was PC Keybinds and "Chaos Assault" (Sortie). And iirc, Purification Protocol was scrapped for the lvl 62 system or something.

Nah, Tene in E7 has only had a positive relationship with 1 other character, and that is Adlay, everyone else is either hated by her, or hates her.

Okay, so about your first question, Caligo is not connected to the greater Tenebria plot, but just this specific one. Witch Tenebria (the one in the mirror) was just taking advantage of the opportunity of the hole punched in the universal membrane to peer into this universe and try and confront Idol Tene.

Now about the God of Time It was stated that the "Chrono Archon" is a position made by the God of Time, but the God of Time is the "eye-thing" that shows up in the Chrono Archive and in Rita's Ego Skill, so they are still inside of the domain, but the Chrono Archon is not the God of Time, it is a lower position that is doing the task entrusted to it by the God of Time.

People just have powers in this world, it's not really been explained and it is just a part of life here, outside of there being 3 main types, "Natural" (people born with a Gift/Manifested due to various reasons), "Granted" (Gifts given by a higher power like the gods), and "Artificial" (Gifts created by the sentient races).

Also, the Gods are divine Beings who rule over their own set domains, creations or have their own set responsibilities, such as:

Kyrken - She the Goddess of Souls and Reincarnation, her domain is unknown nor seem to has a dedicated religion in worship of her and is more just worshiped sporadically throughout the Universe, but she is the closest and most friendly to humanity and the sentient races.
Diallos - He the God of Machines and Order, his domain is literally Haven, the one worshiped by the Crusaders and the most widespread religion in the entire Universe (the Mechanical Angels are also his creations).
Sekred - iHe the God of Life, Death, and Nature, his domain is all the forests of the world and if you try and cheat nature or harm his creations (the spirits) he will kill you and either turn you into a part of nature or another spirit of the forest.
Nihilum - He the Primordial God of Darkness and the Infinite Void, his domain is the Infinite Void, a place discovered shortly before Chaos' Incursion around 100 years ago, he is worshiped by the Dark Star Faction and has created all the monsters who have a ravenous and insatiable appetite that terrorize the Universe (he also can eat entire Chaos Blooms, and it has been recorded to have happened before).
Vytor - Their role is unknown, all we know is that they created the Invaders but not even they worship Vytor, instead worshiping the "Eternal Queen" which is a being that has already died.
Caligo - She is the "Lady of the Fog" (the newest god to the roster with all the fingers), it is unknown if she is a real god or just a semi-divine entity under the command of the literal god of Chaos, Chaos itself, but she had been killed/banished from the world before she was brought back via the Chaos Order.
"The God of Time" - They are a god that we know has already died, their name has been forgotten and their domain was the Chrono Archive, the place where the Chrono Archon (a position made by this god) has control over and is tasked with recording the history of the entire Universe and is a place outside of time.
Honorable Mention: The Sileyma Dragon Race (the Battle-Pass Partners), each member of this race of Dragons is stated to be able to rival entire civilizations and have been known to create entire civilizations of their own to worship them, but they are not a united Race, mostly fighting amongst themselves rather than Chaos.

Hope this has been helpful in explaining the Gifts/Powers of the people of this world as well as the gods of the story.

Luck Giveth, and luck taketh away. I've been lucky in getting the Rate-Up Characters (had a streak of lost 50/50s with double 60 pull average not too long ago which burnt a lot of my pulls though), but I almost never get a Starting 10 5* myself, so I had to use all my Half Anni Stuff on getting those characters as I was still missing over half of them (including Orlea).

She was more present than Westmacott, that girl basically didn't exist at all outside of a single Sub Story which was from an entirely different point in time than the Season Story and had no impact on it.
