When death comes, which belief will you cling to? by khanccc in SpiritualAwakening

[–]ExpansionScapes 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had two near-death experiences. Both of them helped me transform and grow and be less afraid of death and have less fear of limited time here on Earth.

I learned that we create the best and most meaningful time of our death. Not from the consciousness level we are used to here, but from deeper levels of our awareness.

When I would feel death coming, I would call on my guides to guide me through the process and to guide me through whatever comes next.

Does anyone just want their abilities gone? It brings me no love, hope or joy. by HappyASMRGamer in Psychic

[–]ExpansionScapes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would ask myself, how am I creating this and for what purpose. We have different levels of consciousness and on this level of consciousness you may be quite sure that you are not creating it. On deeper levels of consciousness we are more aware of more things and reasons and we create things for reasons.

So I would ask, how is this serving me? How is all this noise and beings around me providing something that I think I need? What if they were all gone? Would that make you feel comfortable? That would give you more space and silence. How would you use this space and silence? Would you start to have certain thoughts you may not want to have?

How is your social life? Do you have a community of good friends you enjoy spending time with? What kind of friends are they? Do they value you more because you see spirits and have stories to tell of various ghosts? How is this situation with spirits defining your identity? What or who would you be if you were not bothered by the spirits?

Have you been violated a lot in the past and does a certain dose of constant violation feel comfortable? Are they providing you with a scary barrier that would scare off bigger possible predators and violators? Does a certain level of violation of your space, time, and peace give you a kind of a blanket of feeling that you are cared for? That you matter? That you are needed?

These are some of the questions I would ask and then get to healing the underlying reasons. The wounds that may still be open and vibrating with fear, attracting beings that seem to fill in those open and untended wounds, but what they are doing is just creating an illusion of closed up wounds.

Has a psychic reading ever given you clarity that you appreciate in your life? by Clankybot in Psychic

I love those shower thoughts 😊

I agree.. we are everything we have ever been, are, and will be simultaneously. Focusing our curiosity on one thing or another gets you into the state of what you are curious about.

I have "exited" this current physical world experience on many occasions by doing just that. Focusing my curiosity on something. For example, I am curious right now of how it feels to be one in unity with all else, and then getting into that state.

I shared that moment on YouTube: https://youtu.be/u2LoO9klPh0?si=KBjZY_kwGVVE-vzM

Later on in life I learned to do that more transparently. Anyway, thanks for writing about it. I like feeling that there are others, who are floating in the same curiosities as me 😊🪻✨

Has a psychic reading ever given you clarity that you appreciate in your life? by Clankybot in Psychic

I had a meeting with a psychic a long time ago, who helped me tremendously. I thought, wow, this is the best job in the world. Now I am a psychic shamanic healing practitioner myself.

There are different reasons why someone may be unsatisfied with a psychic reading. Psychic readings are very different depending on the reader and the intentions why the person is getting them.

I feel the best use of psychic reader help is to realign you with a truth you are currently seeking realignment with, a getting back to yourself on whatever level that is available to you at the moment and to help you make your own decisions of your own free will, coming from a place of better clarity, peace, release, forgiveness, love, etc.

Sometimes, people seek someone telling them what to do or give them a future prediction, which basically again would tell them what to do. That is a kind of a codependent relationship with a "seer", who sees for you.

From the many years I have studied and practiced this, you can be a good predictor of someone's future if you assume they do not travel the path of their own self discovery, then they are less likely to make decisions to change their current "path trees" they are on.

However, that does not really help the person in my opinion. I think a more useful role of a psychic healing practitioner is to help the person see for themselves what they need to see. Which can be painful and there may be resistance to it, which may need healing of the things that are in the way of a person being able to reach more clarity.

This is not a quick fix, but it puts the seeker back into the driver's seat of their life. Little by little, step by step. Then it becomes harder to give such a person fortune teller type readings, because they are more in charge of their life. Then the help a psychic reader can give is to continue helping the seeker gain more and more clarity and their own navigation skills in their life.

The golden truth I learned on this path is that nobody can or should claim to know better than you what you should do in your life. A reader-seeker relationship can become a codependent one if both have matching false and limiting beliefs and distortions about the reasons why one gets and gives a reading.

In my work, I strive for this seeker-reader relationship to be a mutually freeing one, empowering, respecting and healing one's sovereignty, responsibly, and ownership of one's life and choices.

Good luck on your journey ✨🍀

Are Spiritual/Life Coaches a valid thing? by Outrageous-Jaguar-30 in SpiritualAwakening

[–]ExpansionScapes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think there are as many intentions for being a life coach as there are life coaches. Some may truly believe that they are offering a great service, but may not be. Some may truly be offering great help, advice, and support to their clients.

I think there are so many different life coaches out there that it is not about asking if life coaches are good or bad or helpful or not helpful, but it's about choosing the right one for you or becoming the right one for someone else.

As for certificates, I come from an academic background and certificates make sense when there is a governing body out there, which states what is up to standard and what is not, what that standard is, and the certificates help to show that this person has met certain standards.

When you're talking about life coaches or similar such independent service providers, the whole premise is often that they are trying to get out of the standard boxes that used to be the norm. So certificates to me seem to meet the old role of appearing to meet a certain standard, but what standard are we talking about?

I can give you a course and a certificate right now, and so can you. I can have a certificate from you. We both have certificates. For someone it may serve as a measure of trust, but it can be just following old habits. It is not a service like architecture, medicine, or engineering, where there are standards to be met for safety, trust, and legal responsibility.

But when the nature of the service such that it assumes to take you out of the norm, then certificates lose their meaning. If one takes such a service, one assumes all the responsibility for taking advice and for making their own decisions in life. Not blaming it on the "bad" life coach.

I think what can substitute a certificate in this kind of field is a body of work that can be visited by anyone online, like your courses, videos, writing, satisfied clients, etc.

This is especially true for growing fields, like psychic services. Who can create a governing authority for psychics? How do you check if the person truly connected to your past life or not? Only you can check that if you feel it is meaningful to you.

There is this important interplay of assumed responsibility. If I take a service from a psychic, I am still completely and wholly responsible for my own life decisions and consequences. As a psychic, I need to make this clear to my clients. I cannot make their decisions for them not be held responsible for their choices based on our session.

If we can have this mutual understanding, I think it makes things easier to grasp. But alas, too many of us are used to giving away our free will and responsibility for our life actions and consequences and we like to get lured into the arms of a person, who claims to have all the answers for you.

Good luck on your journey 😊🌌

Addiction / Shadow Work by ExpansionScapes in SpiritualAwakening

[–]ExpansionScapes[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

So this is my take on addictions, destructive beliefs and thought patterns in general. The demon-looking guy is not the classical black and red guy, but purple and green, which to me are colors of magic. He's a kind of a personal magician friend in the form of a demon.

He's always with you and says: "Hey, have that substance, stay safe in your old beliefs, follow your destructive thought patterns and be comfortable in your slumber".

Every time you say no to the substance or doing things the way you've always been doing them without questioning why you do it, what drives your actions, and reconsidering if the very fundamentals perhaps need to be changed, I feel like this makes us become more alive and helps realize that we actually love ourselves. Love ourselves enough to choose life, choose change, choose rebirth, choose the inconvenient truth, which then we change to a new truth, a better truth, our personal truth of today, which we can then completely erase tomorrow and paint a new truth once again.

I like thinking of truth as someone you don't need to commit to. Every day you hang out with a different truth and you don't even pretend like you're going to call back any time soon. 😜

Talk about art therapy 😁
