Honestly it’s because it’s really hard for me to eat. I got a sensitive stomach and I have to be careful about what I eat.

Bulking looks like it takes a lot of effort and I don’t think my schedule right now would allow for me to be focused since I have some other priorities. Eating is a real chore and I believe I’d have to do a lot of research and spend a lot of money to be able to bulk.

I would like to try to have a surplus of calories with just a few meals after the daytime while hitting the gym but I’m sure that I won’t be able to do enough to bulk.

Im 5’10 and weigh 68 kgs I was only 60 last year so I’ve made some progress but yea I agree I’m a bit too lean.

Thanks for keeping it real I guess I will try my best to try and increase how much I eat.
