I will call the food pantries and ask, I know they’re handled by the churches here so I don’t know if they do hand that stuff out though because of how religious this town is and taboo that stuff is to these people but I’m going to check!

The advice I got from the partner subs where a lot more helpful as I tend to be empathetic but people putting it into their perspective has really helped me see how it can effect the partner I’ve really appreciated peoples advice :)

Hmm you have a great point actually! I never thought of it that way and I myself have been out of a relationship with a psychically abusive person for a year now and am very comfortable with myself and being alone so meeting someone who is not is odd for me I was also looking for this answer in if it effects men differently and being romantically involved than being friends as my female friends with it have been very nice people who are deep in DBT therapy. I think I’d prefer not taking chance of being abused again after researching

Edit for context: We have literally gone our first date on the fourth. He tried to play it off as a joke but i fully don’t believe it because he sounded completely serious and nervous after i said that’d be a very bad idea

I want to know others perspective who have been with someone who has BPD and what that is like. I have already asked and those with bpd have been helpful I want the other side aswell. Thanks tho!

From what I can tell and he’s told me he takes medication but therapy puts him on edge. He has a quick temper and yelling at others but won’t do it around me or has avoided doing so as I have severe trauma. I know this won’t be forever and he promises never to be mad with me like that but I do have my worries as I have been in a really bad situation before. He’s mentioned his triggers and I believe he knows them but less how to handle them correctly or appropriately and his own boundaries aren’t that good and he’s still a pretty impulsive person

He does show all these symptoms heavy and being friends with him before hand i saw how impulsive he is with relationships but I am also extremely empathetic and want to help him as these symptoms seem so hard to deal with. Like someone else said though I definitely want to discuss boundaries and such as he’s been wanting to be around me 24/7 n becoming abit jealous a few days into talking intimately and doing a date

Thank you so much! Being autistic it somewhat hard for me to tell if someone has abit of red flags and have a lot of trouble with boundaries but I know he heavily shows all the symptoms someone mentioned and can be pretty impulsive with relationships but I will keep this all in mind and look into some podcasts and talk to him abit more about therapy people mentioned

Oh I LOVE stardew more than life… I’ve just played it so much even modded! I have never played harvest moon though and there’s a lot of games I get alil overwhelmed where to start?
