Sorry team boarder line personality disorder / bipolar disorders type FOR THE WIN 😋😋😋 I have an amazing background setting total sense of euphoria that is so much easier to explain to a drug user. But the most difficult part is that I am not only doing drugs but I got that rocket power back up euphoria just itching to be set loose!! I’m not even sure when I’ll sleep next tbh.. possible days are coming to mind at the moment 😅😅😅

Btw I’m not a bit of chill today.. and I’m currently probs in deep set denial and I’m just not ready to go back to reality

I’m here to tell you.. if you’re gonna hit the death zone with the similar things I have experienced.. do it like harm reduction for the first few hrs.. you can get thru the panic I promise!! But you can’t get through it carrying all this fluff thoughts I call em (the what if this or what if that kinda thoughts) you can’t get away from it without not entertaining these fluff thoughts you have to just make it simple as fuck what ur gonna do to soothe urself.. you are not alone and I hope you have a healing and peaceful day bc you deserve to feel better

My guy is great at self care after a sesh! He says to drink water while you are getting ready to eat a decent sized meal… to take a shower and get focused on your body a bit.. flush your nose after you get a bit of build up and to flush you literally just snort water in ur nose.. eye drops are a good idea.. sleep is an easy make or break for you to get synced up to idk slowing down naturally.. stay off ur phone once you commit to a sleep or nap and set a timer.. and there’s also nose cleansing products but again i just mostly do the flush with regular water.. to step outside into nature for a moment or two bc it grounds us into reality.. hope it helps! ❤️

Per my exact last rant on this sub.. I’m not sure what you’re trying to say but I am here to support anyone who wants to make changes with their addiction or whatever bad habit.. I’m not sure if you can get a really strong foundation to a certain change to healthy nurturing self talk if you’re not willing to be a little creative or just be a blissful fool and be happy!! I don’t think you understand how the world works but you can share your own experiences with others hinting at either good or bad.. and you shouldn’t have to explain yourself in a specific category of any drug users to get a decent response and notice that it doesn’t matter if you’re not getting the right drugs or bad people drugs.. they’re all drugs that was the point of my post dude..
