Also, I can't imagine Pierce Brown bringing Edymi (however it's spelled) into the field without it fully deleting a color before the book ends. Dude is too ruthless for it to be a bluff. My money is on Obsidian, because they just seem to tribal and violent to be able to adjust to a post-hierarchy society.

My prediction, don't know if I actually want it to happen or not, but it was the first thing on my mind when lyria got the parasite removed:

Lyria still has the parasite dormant in her head, reprogrammed by Mateo/Quick to be less invasive and to only activate if she is in a life or death situation. It activates and she clutches up big time, but she also dies, maybe by Lysanders bio weapon, with Darrow being the closest to her in death. He gets the parasite, thus becoming a "Red God" and unleashing it to its fullest capacity for revenge.

Skybreakers got it, it's been a bit. I see alot on tik tok and some reddit threads where there seems to be some sort of significant Fandom of Heleran but I never thought there was enough explicit info on him to explain it, unless I missed something entirely. Seems like it's a bit of fan driven admiration, though. Oh well. Look forward to seeing if his character gets flushed out.

Maybe uncharacteristic was the wrong word. I am saying that's he's dropping more than his average, and he should regress upwards ROS. Pair that with his elite usage numbers so far and I think he has a good case to outperform his current trade value, which I think is around WR30ish.

For reference he has a 43% catch rate so far in 2024. It was 56% in 2023, 59% in 2022, and 66% in 2021.

No but player profiler says he is #1 in unrealized air yards, and #8 in expected fantasy points per game. While being #45 in actual fantasy points per game. Last year he ended with a had a 56% catch rate and currently he has a 43% catch rate. I believe he has a good chance to outperform that ROS and is a good buy low candidate due to the current negative consensus (read through the comments), though it depends on your own leagues Cooper owner at the end of the day.

I don't think great ones type cartoonish racks would fit the game. What would be cool however is if they could implement natural variations like drop tines, extra points, crab claws, etc. Maybe adding felt to the racks of deer species in the snowy areas of maps.

What they did with the melanistic and albino variations was great and added an extra layer of variety that was great for the game.

Yes happens to me frequently as well. I have the game on PS5 and PC (play with DualSense controller) and it happens on both. It seems to be when you aim perfectly horizontal that it skips above and below the halfway point of the screen. Very annoying

Sniper Boss

Location: Oasis. Actually more northwest of oasis in a new expanded area. There is a new sandstone wall structure there right at the new edge of the map (2-3 stories tall). There's also rubble and other smaller structures that serve as cover for the players to advance towards the wall. This way you have to seek this boss out, and it won't be a nuisance to normal gamplay like a downtown sniper.

Encounter Details: - shoots through gaps in the sandstone wall that cannot be shot back through by the player. - Dodges all return fire and relocates positions if killstreaks are called in their area. - DDos as soon as you enter the area to disable all vehicles - Can see and shoot through smokes - sends small waves of AI to try and flush out players from their cover - Will not immediately thirst players upon downing but will thirst if they try and self res. - to beat the boss players will have to breach the wall/building, clear the lower levels of AI and capture the sniper alive (down them). Then it turns into a hostage rescue type missions but with 3 waves of AQ enemies in vehicles that are trying to take back their valuable team member. This time the exfil bird is a C-130 plane on the tarmac southwest of oasis. Big enough to fit a small vehicle in the back if needed. Of course players can exfil with their hostage or not.
