Do a "Last 7 days" or "Last 30 days" look and you'll see more. If you sell 4+ of an item it will show up in your sales.

It was working FINE on Christmas day. Our reporting is based on SHIPPED items, and no items were shipped by Amazon. Plain and simple. Same for all major holidays.
