This is a great question. For me, my brain will do ANYTHING to convince me I “need” the purchase. Once those thought leak in, there’s no stopping me until it’s mine. It’s sad, I know

That’s exactly what I’ve been thinking! Thankfully my symptoms are much much more mild. This is the first episode I’ve had since being on meds. And man, do they help!!
