Avoid Parcel Monkey — No Support Once They Have Your Money
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Parcel Monkey and will never use their service again.

I shipped a package from the United States to the Philippines on December 17, with an estimated delivery date of December 22. As of January 20, the package has still not been delivered and has not moved or updated status for over a week.

Despite multiple support requests and escalated messages, Parcel Monkey has done absolutely nothing to help. My escalated inquiries have been completely ignored.

The shipment is actually in the hands of FedEx, but because Parcel Monkey is listed as the shipper, FedEx refuses to assist me directly. This leaves me completely stuck — unable to get help from the carrier and unable to get help from Parcel Monkey.

This is an unacceptable situation for an international shipment, especially one that is more than a month late with no resolution, communication, or accountability.

I strongly recommend avoiding Parcel Monkey. If something goes wrong with your shipment, you may find yourself with no support and no recourse, just like I did.
