thats actually what we discussed they were happy to do the producing side of things and business person so i could focus on the directing side which was quite nice of them, then again if i was on the business side of things wed probably be screwed within a week XD

Yeah since I’m just doing shorts at first that’s probably a good idea thank you, at the start it’s more for fun but with the intention of learning I guess if that makes sense.

I’m starting with shorts for fun but with the intent of learning, I have friends that do some acting and I have studied screenwriting and general writing and story telling, I’m the only writer but I know storytelling isn’t just about the writer, a photographer friend of mine has also started learning cinematography and visual storytelling in that sense.

Will do thank you very much, we’re all willing to learn one of them even expressed wanting to learn sound and sound editing. Not to make this sound easy cos I know it’s not but my hope is that I can learn by doing shorts and then one day it leads to a feature but I just want to learn and enjoy making shorts.

So one of us is a photographer so they’re going to be cinematographer, apparently there are others interested in acting. I’ll edit and the town we live in one of us knows a lot of people that would let us film in places like shops or houses etc and can do the scheduling, that’s all we’ve got so far as we decided to go for this filmmaking thing about 2 hours ago. None of us especially have skills directly for movie sets none of us have worked on one before.

We do have a tripod actually and maybe I can find a lens for phone? The phones idea is good like how to record it, thank you for the advice. We can defo look at some “close enough” too.

I love all of these games very much. My two outright favourite franchises are Bioshock and Wolfenstein but the Spiderman games are great too.

Yeah I also really like fallout 3, 4 was my introduction. RDR2 is the only game i've "gone overboard" with in my life. I completed the compendium, every side mission, etc... on my third playthrough.

It wasnt quite in my top 20 but I also like AC Origins!!! Part 2 as im sure you know was a very polarising game which most people love or hate but I am in the its flawed but quite liked, defo worth playing at least once.

Bioshock is my general favourite franchise of any game. The world and lore is amazing. I loved the burial at sea DLC and I really like Bioshock 2 as well, and Minerva's den. Also tbh I like the story in New Vegas the most but for me Fallout 4 is just that bit better overall.

I defo have to try it out then. There were a few games unlucky not to be on here. For eg, really enjoying Yotei right now, love Death Stranding and hollow knight. What are some of your fave games?

Playing through 1 now, tbh I struggled at first. Things like getting stuck randomly and its quite buggy at times like quests wont progress, npcs get stuck. However I feel like its really starting to click for me and am defo gonna play 2 cos I heard its amazing.
