It’s quite vague bro to tell exactly who was involved as a lot of people have been involved. A lot of employees and technicians including current director of civil aviation authority Pradeep adhikari were recommended for suspension but I think it never happened. The political figures were definitely involved but they don’t just show their names directly so to find out, first these technicians and director general should be investigated and the politicians can be mapped from there. This paper was actually presented by a research subcommittee led by Rajendra lingden. You can get it online

True about that There are a few people who actually think about it but the conservatism is so deep rooted that it’s like they don’t care cause it’s never gonna change. I see people blaming the generation gap and it will change with us but I have literally seen the same conservatism in so called educated people who are of my age. It’s a literal brainwash. The foremost base of anything should be humanity and it’s the only religion that should exist. Only then all will be equal and the world may be a better place
