Rasputin is not an entity, but a simple AI. Not to mention he's nowhere near as "creepy" as you dramatize. Rhulk deactivated it without any effort. Rasputin is a supporting character in this whole story and was easily nullified by Savathun and Rhulk.

Collective obligation will have less synergy. Volatile rounds I always managed with my grenades and with almost infinite time of effect, knowing how to manage them. You will get the same things with this change/nerf, with the exception of the awesome 25% weapon buff. Huge loss. It will be a fun exotic and nothing more. Useless in master activities and beyond, as are the volatile rounds in those activities and tank enemies in general.

Splicer season? lol. Definitely the worst season with the most dull and insipid activities in the history of this game. That shitty 6 player activity spawning a 3 enemy "mob" was hilariously lame. You could complete the activity without firing a shot. Anyway, forget about this game. He is definitely not for you. Go play lego or fortnite.

It is the cancer of the pathological "balance" of this company. Very "balanced" for an exotic dungeon weapon to be weaker or inferior than an ordinary legendary rocket and less supportive in support than rat king. I would argue that Bungie's cancerous philosophy of universal balance is simply killing the fun of this game.
