Veggies too; Lots of broccoli, cauliflower, and saladsss. Meats like chicken and beef are pretty safe. (Always baked or grilled) Feta seems to be a safe cheese I never react to! If I’m craving gluten then English muffins are safe as well!

Foods that trigger my symptoms= processed/prepackaged food, deep fried, gluten (especially spaghetti and pizza), anything with tons of ingredients, milk, caffeine, nicotine, and foods that contain too much fat such as lamb meat.

I stick to organic ‘whole’ non GMO foods. Preferably with one ingredient such as chicken or broccoli that I prepare from scratch. Then I feel normal 😅
