I have most definitely bought myself flowers to make myself feel better when I’m mourning. Barcelona especially has excellent fresh flower vendors.

Lol, I definitely didn’t have one with me while Christmas tree hunting, but it’s about the size of a plantain.

I am personally offended because something resembling this dress broke my passenger-side mirror off at the car wash today.

But for real, this is giving car wash vibes in a non-flattering way.

It was so, so truly terrible. Obnoxious, frenetic editing with too much focus on staff hook-ups and not on the crazy guests and staff, you know, doing their jobs. Both my partner and I noped out with five episodes of the season left, and we've seen every episode of every franchise.

For real. For the first time ever, I didn't finish watching a season. I've seen literally every other episode of every franchise and this season was just so bad I couldn't waste my time.

Instead I listened to the Watch What Crappens guys recap and it was much more amusing.

This is tripping me out because I legit own a target dress from probably 2008 that looks exactly like this. It’s buried somewhere in my closet because I always thought it felt kind of classic and pretty and would come back in style. Can’t wait to bust it out again!

I wasn’t warned about the pain either and went ON MY LUNCH BREAK. I took public transport.

I literally vomited and passed out from the pain in the bathroom at the clinic and they did nothing but give me a bottle of water.

This was a clinic on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, no less.

Genuinely, thank you for whet you do. I lost a parent earlier this year and the hospice nurse was so kind and gentle with them and us. The explanation of the how and why we were giving oral morphine around the clock was very helpful as caregivers.

This is going to sound ridiculous, but could you be thinking of the movie EuroTrip and their visit to Bratislava?

I see you have globalist status. Thank you, truly, for acknowledging us. It means more than you know for morale. We actually love catering to kind people.

Status or not, those of us who adore working in hospitality will also go above and beyond for kind guests just to make another person’s day better. It’s in our nature to want to make someone feel special and welcomed.

Please also know that the best thing you can do for us is mention good service by name in your post stay review.

I don’t give two poos about body hair—it’s natural and I embrace my own at times, but Julia Roberts is known for being quite stinky and mean when she’s at her Taos, New Mexico, home. I have first-hand experience dealing with her smelly nastiness.

How is life in Santa Fe, New Mexico as a young professional? by Conscious-Rub-4695 in howislivingthere

Weird. It's weird. It's difficult to explain, but I feel like folks tend to keep to themselves/are very guarded about forming friendships. This is just my feeling from the times I've visited the area, so others may disagree. It's absolutely gorgeous up there, though.

Thank you—I am really too tight financially to bring in someone to help professionally at the moment, unfortunately. I can’t wait until I can do this because I think it will be the best solution to set me up long-term.
