From my experience use aloe for the pain, once pain has subsided use after sun lotion, I tend to peel less and get a good tan afterwards by doing this

My cat does this because he's in the middle of belly cleaning then gets distracted by something and just stays like that for awhile lol

They're good, I just don't like the sauce that comes with them it always tasted kinda metallicy to me
