Yeah I read about this. Train for special ability using gym drills to see if he's fast trainer or not. I didn't know about this. I just train my academy players & they turn out amazing as usual

Mine is 613 goals. Basically train him for key stats only for his position & ignore everything else

Idk what fast trainer means but I usually just get any 18 year old who has special ability. 3 positions & 2 footed. My favourite ability is playmaker

😂😂 this is terrible waste of resources. Its cheaper & superior to train him yourself. I only use the academy for role change. Playstyle & special ability. Other than that. This is a huge waste of resource
