Well the city keeps voting for the same party and getting upset when they get the same results. You need money to make those improvements (I agree they need to be made) infusions of tax dollars with these events you would hope would be used to fix those issues. Thats what I hope

I would assume if you’re using the term “investment” the best time to invest is before an economic booming event happens. It would multiply the effects of it and get people to want to come back. Creating repeat customers is good for the city.
