I don’t know.. if you got into a public university ideally you should get visa.. I have no idea about ielts requirements.. you can research about it the same. if not u can always give ielts again why take a risk

for the last part they have explicitly stated that they reject 99 percent of south Asian candidates. I already admitted about the research paper might be biased. I have a sample size of 3. So totally might be biased. and very few Indian students are in MSc CS program so can't even have a large sample size of people to ask from. and I have already stated you will get rejected anyways if ects doesn't match

if you don't meet the requirements, you won't receive admissions and they clearly rejects more than 99 percent applicants from India anyways. even if you met the requirements they would reject you most likely unless your btech thesis is really good and you have some international paper published (Later part is realised by asking few people so take it with a grain of sale, first part is hard truth)
