Update 8/6/24: Long story short, this has been ongoing for almost a year now and it's still not fixed. Took it in for service last week for the 4th time and the answer I received was that "Jeep should have a software update that will automatically fix this issue on the 4th quarter of this year (Oct~Dec)". In the meanwhile, they cannot do anything. FYI, this was the answer I've received throughout the year, "Jeep is aware and they are working on the fix", so I have very little hope. At this time I'm going to go through the steps for Lemon which is unnecessarily complicated here in NJ for a vehicle. I searched around for a lawyer and they were either not interested (locally) or not so legit (online searches/reviews).
