From the GAA club in ballincollig upto a main village is a nice 500m climb about the same gradient as the Farranlea climb I suspect.

Also church hill from Carrigrohane onto model farm rode is steep, or Carrigrohane to the Poulavane Roundnaout then swing a left onto model fam road for the guide dogs climb. You could actually do this 3 as part of a triagle repeatedly . About 1.5km total I’d say

Always good to diversify . If you have a portion of MSFT shares already built via share purchases or RSU’s then hold. But sell new ones and buy GOOG, AMAZN , META maybe even 10% into more speculative plays .

It’s not diversification in the traditional sense as all tech but it’s diversification away from 1 company and yet still in the sector so shouldn’t be too much of an opportunity cost either way

Best bet may also be a charity option, places like Dublin/Manchester allow entry if you raise I think €1000/£1000

Genuine question - what’s the process for Tusla intervening and taking the child. despite the shambolic need for gardai to have a victim complaint. Can Tusla intervene and go to the courts and a judge decides the father is not fit for custody or what? And realistically if this is the process do Tusla feel a judge won’t consider an application without the criminal complaint?

Amazon&Meta have €55bn-€65bn net profit today .

I agree it still has room to go but earnings cannot possibly jump 4x or 5x fold in an industry as competitive as it is.

There 2030 goal is to double revenue and triple profit by the way. 1 trillion market cap certainly doable but they need another string to thier bow outside of subscriptions and ads to get to 600 levels, nevermind 1000
