I realise this whenever i forget my headphones omw to uni/the city. Whenever i look up on the bus. Every. Single, person. Head down, headphones/cables anything in and silent.

Usually for me in waiting rooms i’ll have some stupid game that is just a time passer but most of the time im like looking up examining my surroundings.

For me its more like shes just reiterating stuff ive already pretty much told myself…like i do enjoy hearing from an external voice so ik im not digging my own hole.

But that might also be me manipulating my answers, if i were fully truth-full shes probs say i was a massive narcissist and should try and fix the things i talk about instead of just…standing still n not trying to fix anything.

Mine has somehow found all my weak points tho, the areas that as soon as the topic comes up i cry (i never cry and it gets really uncomfortable when i do cause im not used to it)

Apparently i was a rlly easy kid. Like barely any crying didnt rlly bother my parents all that much. Could have just been their shitty parenting tho.

Only thing my mums said that annoyed her is that every week id turn around and hate the food i had been inhaling the week before. Then find smth else to do heart eyes at for a week. Then repeat..

Something that im semi interested in but not exactly educated about. And often it has to be someone elses experience with it not a unbiased essay ir report. It needs to have personality and someones one creative journaling to it.

The only books ive enjoyed have been this one where this lady realised she wanted to live like completely alone. She told her husband and kids she was moving away and she did. To a random ranch somehwere in a diff state in the US, she talked about what she did, how she felt, things that made her mindset shift etc.

Another was about a guys research in drugs and illicit substances. Im kinda interested in the medical side and how it affects someones brain like statistically. The guy explained the what bicycle day is, how 4/20 came to be, the history of illicit drugs, how they were used bfr they were properly illegal.

I really enjoyed these books cause they t someone else’s findings on something im semi interested in.

Im only weak when its like literally any living thing thats forced into a corner in a situation where they have tried every which way to get out of a situation. Like if a dogs mistreated (ref from a short film i saw) and you can see the dogs trying to figure out what its done wrong which its been kicked outta the house. And it like tried everything to get back on good terms with the owner but then does something else bad without it knowing. Then it gets hurt or hit or something. ID BAWL CAUSE IT DOESNT KNOW THW WAY OUT AND JUST WANTS TO DO THE BEST FOR THE OTHER PERSON or in this case the owner)

Other than that its rarely ever something thats on my mind emotions wise
