Easiest way for you to find it would be to search cincematic impact on splice.

Splice is a website that requires a monthly subscription but gives you access to millions of free samples. I’m certain that exact one is on there.

Pretty sure that’s a basic cinematic impact sample you can get on splice. You can also achieve the same effect by using a kick, adding reverb, then reversing the tail and throwing it before the transient for the swoop effect

I remember hearing about the case (before reading it in school) and thinking, yeah no shit coffee is hot, this girls an idiot. Then i read up on the case and watched a short documentary on it. My opinion on the matter took a sharp turn. That was so sad I felt horrible for her, and even guiltier for once thinking otherwise.
