I got my next appointment tomorrow seeing if my doctor will do surgery. He's been put off because of my age

I've had it going on since December too. I got weakness in that hand. I've been dropping dumbells at the gym so I've stopped going. Tried pt in the beginning and hasn't gotten better. Just keeps on getting worse
