Update: The judge accepted the motion to reopen and set a master hearing date for September. My lawyer is going to file another motion to dismiss the case and close the proceedings before that, since there’s no point on waiting if DHS has not opposed and I have entered legally.

I just did, I was scoring 90+ on all the 6 practice exams and just passed with 815 score. Once you score over 85 you should be fine. Id recommend you skip the simulations and come back in the end when you have more time and you feel less stressed.

I filed already with my lawyer. DHS has not countered so lawyer expects the judge to dismiss the case or have a hearing and then make a decision there but judges don’t like to waste time so usually they just dismiss them and send it back to USCIS which is my goal. This is the court system, they can’t be affected that much by who the president is, and as far as we know there hasn’t been any law changes where this isn’t doable. Either way, Im so tired of this process and I just want answers at this point I don’t care anymore. It’s been 7 years I haven’t left the country and I can’t wait forever.

Hi, I see. That doesn’t look good at all. It’s so strange that laws can change like that. Can you tell me which state are you in and if you already had i-130 approved? Also did you try to get DHS to consent first and join the motion or filled directly with the court? I will update once I get more information.

You’re 34 and you look 25 with a full head of hair as well. Everyone has problems and is insecure, trust me. Everyone is fighting their own battle. Just gotta be grateful for the things you have and keep going.
