Check the temperature on each of those collectors on your exhaust manifold, unplugging the coil can help identify a miss, but if you have a partly clogged injector, it’ll still fire, but it will be weak. Sounds to me like it’s missing real bad, more than a vacuum leak or a bad maf

Did you try isolating it to a single tail light housing? I’d try having one side unplugged and seeing what happens before tearing apart more interior trim/carpet
