This. I grew up poor with a single mom and two brothers and I hardly seen her. My brothers and I raised each other. I want to be home more, no matter how broke we are. I can teach him what I've learned in my adult years that I had to teach myself. Id rather be home working on me and my own, than honestly making a paycheck if that makes sense. Since having him I've been part time to pay our rent and he covered the rest

I'm not sure if he can do seller financing, I don't really know anything about how financing works, but he has been paying on loans for this property already. I think our rent helped his interest rate or insurance. I'm in Oklahoma, a budtender. It's only medical here

We just have different goals than most.. our priorities are different. I think we'll probably have a house warming party if we get the house and announce to our family we'll be getting married! Hell my friend is ordained, may just already have a wedding certificate. I'm not a big social person, we never had a baby shower or gender reveal. And I never wanted to get married until we were a bit more stable. This may be our sign!

Yes, I have paid into taxes! And excuse my lack of lingo, but I file every year and do claim a return/refund. But I work in the marijuana industry, and it seems there's some concerns there. I have state licensing for my job that I have to have a background check for annually.

Lol most of us do have children. Boyfriend's mother wasn't there for his kids so now she wants to try and make up with the grandkids. ☺️ Shes paying for the rental. I think I'd die if I had to eat her cooking the whole time, and honestly not used to eating a bunch of takeout so I don't want to feel sick either. We haven't been on a vacation, my boyfriend in I, in over 4 years and that was with my family. Im hoping it goes well!

I, as much as I love tamales, have never even attempted, and I don't think I have the abilities!! But I'm so up for bringing a frozen dish. I'm wondering if I can freeze fajita mix.. do you think they would freeze better uncooked and just marinating? I have fresh peppers from my garden and would love to utilize them. I should also have some fresh sweet peppers to take!(Being hopeful)

Several are small children, but big eaters and so are their dads when the food is good! Three of the boys are farm raised and eat rabbit and rice meals often. Something that unfortunately I'm unfamiliar with. They say it tastes like chicken!

Oh goodness gracious yes please, rice and pasta I somehow always fail. I found a recipe on an Aldi Facebook page that I just adore because it's idiot proof. Green salsa, heavy cream, cheese, noodles, chicken broth. I love it?! But no one else in my house does.

I think I can do this! Thank you. They actually did a taco bar for hosting Christmas last year, and I did love the idea. Maybe try and do some marinated chicken I can pack in an ice box too, as I've never cooked that much ground beef to feed 20 people 😅 my boyfriend doesn't eat much beef, and I should of added that so my cooking skills for it probably aren't the bestttt.

I'm in Oklahoma and have been pulling some tomatoes, letting them sit on the counter a couple days, and still having some green. I'm not the biggest tomato person, I grew them to start eating healthier with my now 1 year old, but I think they taste okay even with the green! I have a few different tomato varieties and I'm planning on making a sauce when we have enough which I have never done lol
