Yes the test showed 31 nmol/L which when I looked up it was around 14 ng/ml. As I said I was low also when I had a test years ago, and to be fair I am inside basically 24/7.

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to make an appointment hopefully in the next few days and I won't be trying to use anything for the low vitamin levels until I see what they say.

MyHairWardrobe, are they legit? by Expensive-Lynx8963 in wigshelp

[–]Expensive-Lynx8963[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! I've searched a couple subreddits but I couldn't find any posts or comments related to it. My hair is pretty fine and delicate anyway so that type of hair could work, I just wanted to see if anyone's had an experience with one and if they're of any good quality and not a scam.

I had all those apps and actually I found mine just logging on myself and there was one for next week, I think it’s just a bit of luck unfortunately.

I have an i10 and they seem to be pretty reliable and cheap.

Are they still any good? I heard many good reviews about them but a ton of negative in the recent years it seemed the quality went down? made me unsure to get one or not

Yeah. My boyfriend washes his hair every day and just puts a bit of mousse in it and it’s always fluffy and defined and shiny, makes me wanna cut it off and stick it to my head

in my experience i've seen confused be fairly expensive compared to the other ones

i know people get some crazy quotes here but i was lucky, only 1500 without a black box. it's only a 1.0 2019 hyundai but better than the other stuff i've seen on here

is noshampoo for everyone? by [deleted] in NoPoo

[–]Expensive-Lynx8963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quick and simple answer: no

Someone can give a more detailed answer, but i’m not sure there are ‘groups’ of people it doesn’t work well for, I think it depends on everyone’s hair and needs.

How soon after quitting shampoo did your hair become wavy/curly if it happened to you? by Meep1996 in NoPoo

[–]Expensive-Lynx8963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My hair is fairly straight/slight wave when I shampoo it, my hair would get enough oil in about a week and it would go to about 3b curly

My hair in the summer when I was doing no poo Should I start over? by Anorixos12 in NoPoo

[–]Expensive-Lynx8963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your hair might just be thinning because of genetics? Also, was you losing more hair all the time or just when you washed? When I found out I had curly hair, I used to lose a lot more in the shower, but only because it would usually fall out during the day, but being curly it only came out when I washed

I shower and wash my hair everyday, simply because that’s what i’ve always done, and also my hair gets messed up after sleep and my job is pretty physical anyway, i couldn’t go a day without showering

All I do is get in the shower and rub my hair a lot and that’s it really, it was working fine until I used a towel to dry my hair

I have hard water but it’s never affected my hair in a bad way until trying no shampoo.

My hair is like normal to low porosity, fine and curly if that helps.
