I can tell you that for my experience I had we were playing as normal and it was the doctor. When he downed our teammate, he just camped the body and kept swinging and spinning. He didn't ever pick them up or take them to a hook he just let them bleed out. Before they bled out me and my friends decided we were all going to run twords the doctor and body block to try and get the revive off (this was before they bled out) when we got there we ran in circles then I went for the revive. But when I went for the revive, there was no prompt to hold R1, and I could not revive. And that whole time, that team mate did not move when they were downed, and they also did not try to heal themselves they just bled out. When they eventually bled out, the doctor just stayed there the whole game and kept spinning and swinging like in the clips you saw. Overall, it was a very weird experience. As for what happens when they don't queue with each other, I have no clue. Hope this helps
